After spending a year pumping milk for our baby, I made a data visualization that I gifted to my wife. It’s a print that we have framed in our home, and it’s really meaningful to us.
I picked the colors for the visualization based on the time of day our baby was fed. I used blues for early morning and late night feedings and yellows/oranges for midday feedings. It’s a really simple way to show our baby’s feeding schedule.
I’m really proud of how it turned out, and it’s become a cherished family heirloom that we love to look at. It’s a reminder of all the hard work and love that goes into raising a child.
